CO-TAUGHT / MENTOR PROGRAM

ASR Co-Taught /Mentor Program understands that delivering an ALERRT course from can be challenging for the first time. ASR provides a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to agencies to assist their instructors in preparing for and during the delivery of the course material. ASR provides guidance with course location, lane selection, rehearsals, instructing and authorized deviations. The SME will mentor all certified instructors on their performance and provide feedback to develop their unique teaching styles while instilling confidence.
