FIRST RESPONDER MEDICAL (FRM)

The FRM Course is taught as a Direct Delivery for first responders over 2 days/ 16Hrs or to Certify Instructors as a Train-The-Trainer (T3) over 3 Days/ 24Hrs. It provides a model framework for an integrated multi-agency response. This hands-on course covers the following topics: Concepts & Principles of Close Quarter Battle (CQB), Arrival and Approach, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Direct Threat Care (DTC) & Indirect Threat Care, Room Entry Techniques, Priorities of Work at Crisis Site, Incident Command, and Vehicle Evacuation and Treatment in transit. The course has multiple scenarios designed to challenge ad hoc teams to deal medical treatments during an active attack event.
