EXTERIOR RESPONSE ACTIVE SHOOTER EVENT (ERASE)

The ERASE Course is taught as a Direct Delivery for first responders over 3 days / 24Hrs or to Certify Instructors as a Train-The-Trainer (T3) over 5 Days / 40Hrs. This hands-on course covers the following topics: Equipment Selection & Considerations, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) both Direct Threat Care (DTC) & Indirect Threat Care (ITC), Individual & Team Movement Techniques, Vehicle & Dismounted rescue of an officer/citizen, Dismounted Actions during Contact both Near/Far, and Actions during Vehicular Ambush. The course concludes with extended scenarios designed to challenge ad hoc teams to deal with an open-air event.
